Very pleased with the service man. He is always shows up when expected,curteous, wears plastic booties, and efficient with his work. He provides suggestions to what we may need. As we had three incidents in the last month that might have created a power surge to the electrical system, the serviceman's suggestion to add a power surge protector to the furnance was a was cheap insurnace to avoid problems with the furnance. Thanks!
