We had our annual furnace maintenance scheduled for next Friday. However, today, Saturday, a sensor in our furnace malfunctioned so that the temperature wouldn't increase beyond a certain point. Marcus Nearby, the 24 Hour technician, was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He not only addressed and solved the sensor issue, he also performed the scheduled maintenance freeing-up our next Friday afternoon. Marcus was pleasant, helpful and understanding of the situation even with this call on a Saturday.

My husband and I were on vacation in Florida and received a phone call from our kids at 1am to let us know the furnace was out and it was 52 degrees in the house. We called the company who we worked with before and had previously had good experience. However the on-call tech clearly did not want to help us, so we looked on line and read the reviews for other local companies and then selected 24/hr Home. The service tech was very pleasant and reassured us he would take care of us. He had 2 more calls ahead of us and arrived at the estimated time. He was quick to assess the issue and completed the repairs that day. We were so pleased with the service and professionalism, we signed up for the maintenance plan. This also gave us discounts on the service we just received. Thanks for the rescue while we were away!
