There are not enough superlatives to describe the 24 hr team; I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I had the option. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional. We're delighted with the install.

Our furnace went out three times while we were gone this winter and each time 24/7 was very prompt in coming over to fix it. We were down south and everything was done by phone and a friend to let them in the house. We decided when it went out the third time, it was time to replace the worn out system. After deciding on our best option, installation was set up for the Monday following the Friday inspection. Someone from 24/7 will be out to the house after we're back to go over the Gateway connection for our new thermostat and other details. After using 24/7 Home Comfort Services (and Pavlik Brothers before) for the past 15+ years, I have come to trust and rely on their great service and professionalism. When we decided to replace the system, we didn't even call anyone else. Thank you 24/7 Home Comfort Services!

We are on a long trip. We have a device that calls when our home drops to 45 degrees. We also have an annual maintenane policy with 24-7. Today for the first time our home called and said it was cold. We called 24-7 and things were back to normal in a couple of hours. What a great feeling of security when the plan comes together and works perfectly.

Company fixed my old air conditioner so I could live comfortably until new unit was installed, which was less than a week. On installation, team did a great job putting unit in and explained everything prior to leaving.

No complaints.
