Upon returning home from vacation we noted the house to be a bit cooler than expected. Called 24HR Home Comfort Service the next morning and were able to have a service technician within a few hours. Glad we called because the house temp continued to drop. Our furnace was still under warranty so there were no charges for labor or parts. Very satisfied with service!

Jeremy was great. Pleasant, great attitude, answered any questions to the best of his ability. Got the ball rolling to replace my furnace after it was deemed unsafe. I also have to say that the 2 gentleman that came and installed the new furnace were great as well. They also answered any questions we had and explained everything very well. Showed us what we needed to know with regards to the thermostat, filter replacement, etc.
