Jose arrived a little before 8:00AM. He went right to work on the furnace cleaning, checked the thermostat and asked if I wanted it to remain on 60 which I did. Finished his inspection and cleaning. We talked briefly about a carbon monoxide monitor to which I replied I would have to think about the more efficient one his company sells versus a much more reasonable one available at local stores. I told him I was cash poor right now and would have to think over my options. He was polite, helpful and very efficient. Pleasure to work with.
