As usual, my interaction with Jose was a solid. Jose came out to inspect my air conditioner. AC was great, and it was great to see him again because he's an ultra cool dude and extremely knowledgeable about anything AC or furnace related. He always tells me tips to get the ultimate performance out of my products. When I called 24 Hour to book an appointment, they got me scheduled in 2 days!. Who does that? Jose and 24 Hour totally ROCK!! Plus Im extremely jealous of his Beard!! I really am.

Jose did a great job in his inspection of our furnace, giving advice and adjusting stuff that needed adjusting. I like Jose and 24 Hour because there is no hard sell, and I can smell a non needed hard sell a mile away. And once I sense a hard sell, I stop listening. Jose was 30 minutes ahead of schedule and that was great with me, allowing my wife and I to continue with all the crap we had to get on with. Thanks you 24. Jose is an excellent representative of your company. You are quite fortunate to have him work for you. He does what he came to do, gave me whatever remedies were available, and did what was necessary to alleviate my issue. Yes, he advised me of the upgrades, but did not push them to the point of aggravation on my part. I have no ' cons ' to share. He is the consummate CS person, and once again, YOUR company is indeed fortunate to have him in your employ. I suggest an immediate raise and promotion.
