After Alex had been here too many times without getting to the bottom of the issue, Travis showed up and finished the job. I am thankful to both of them. Travis was stumped and then saw a clue and followed it until he found a solution. I have the day off today and am enjoying a nice cozy house with a fully functioning furnace. He also offered tips on operating the furnace and the thermostat. I was very pleased with this inspection visit. Alex did a great job.
