Rick explained his remarks on the report and the ratios of operation-hasn't been done for several years I was just handed a report before with no explanation except "you need a new furnace/AC unit".Last year, when I asked the rep to flush the AC unit, I was told "you can do that". TO which, I replied, "I could, except I don't have a hose"-not my job? It had not been done in several years, that is why I asked. Rick did it. Very satisfied with this representative, sure beats the "less-seasoned" ones.

First person to use a camera to ensure safety of the furnace. Also first one ever to explain what happens when heat exchanger gets old and rusty.. All I ever heard before was "You need a new furnace" or "if the blower stops working, they don't make that switch any more and you will have to buy a new furnace".. Liked the full explanation so much better.
