Single digits temps outside and a badly behaving furnace inside. The furnace functioned erratically, with several problems occurring at one time. The 24 he folks dispatched Rick L., who stuck to the problems and solved each one like the Professional he is. Our furnace is getting old and harder to find parts for, but Rick and the 24 Team found what was needed, and in a very short time. The furnace has been working solid like it should now. Thanks to Rick and 24 - what a team !
