I want to start by saying I have never had such a great experience. The team was outstanding from start to finish. They spent a lot of time with me over multiple visits, carefully walking me through every step of the process and making sure I understood my options. The installation was completed quickly and with a very high level of professionalism. I truly appreciate the effort and attention they gave to my project before AND after and would highly recommend them. I did not take my decision on an HVAC company lightly as I replaced a large furnace and A/C unit at the same time so I went thoroughly through about 5 different companies. 24 Hour was without a doubt the best and will be my go to for all my future needs. Just scheduled an appointment for duct cleaning. The associate that answered the phone, I forgot her name, was very pleasant and very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with her. My appointment is in 2 weeks, looking forward to having the work done.
Ian did an awesome job! He answered my questions and was courteous, and friendly. We had to order a box of 6 filters because my furnace needed 2 filters and he had 1 on his truck. He took the time to show me where to place the filters and howbto place them correctly. Thank you Ian for your great work and friendly manner!!
