Had my ducts cleaned . It was very noisy, but that is to be expected. Too soon to really tell a difference, but I know it needed to be done. The tech was professional and friendly. I asked him questions throughout. I'm sure it was a nuisance, but he stopped, listened to my questions and answered respectfully and patiently.
Very prompt, came when expected. The technician carefully explained to me how to set my humidifier and change the filter.

Very professional so far. We still have duct work amd AC install coming but everyone we have worked with have been outstanding from the techs to sales to installers.
