The service technician (Danny) was very friendly. He tolerated my dog not welcoming him with open arms. He also helped me save money in the future by selling me furnace filers at a much better price than I have been paying. He did the work he came here to do.
Today's service was a checkup for my Rheem furnace. Just 3 years old, so no service needed. According to the technician everything looked good. He was in and out very quickly, even arriving a little early which worked out good for me.
Woke up to no heat in my kitchen/greatroom.
Called 24HR at 08:00 and Technician was here by 13:00.
Tech was clean, polite, professional and knowledgable.
Listened to explanation and then went to work.
When work was completed, Tech explained what he found, what he fixed, and what he would recommend for the future.
Was all done and gone by 14:30.
The Tech came out and diagnosed the issue. He also had everything on his truck to do it. Great experience!!

Service tech called to address furnace water issue. Undetermined cause. Will monitor. Service tech was very polite and will work with me until issue is resolved.
