I have had them over twice, once for the furnace and now for the AC. Sean is great, he has extra attention to detail, answers my questions and is always prompt and polite. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them!
Tom did a great job of explaining the problem with our furnace. He didn’t have the part that was needed but assured us he would return the next day to solve the issue. As promised he returned and fixed the issue in a timely matter and of course was very professional. Thanks Tom
Alex and Jake were responsive and professional— we had them here for routine check up in our furnace and AC which is part of our check up service that we pay for once annually— a great value by the way.

Our furnace broke down at 3am on December 26. At 8 am I tried to call my normal contractor who actually installed the system when we built the house. (They had their phone system shut down until Tuesday). Since I could not get in touch with them I called 24hr Home Comfort. They were at my house by 10 am Monday morning. Got the furnace running, had a new system installed on Thursday. All involved were very helpful, polite, clean , and professional. Highly recommend 24hr Home Comfort Services.
Tom their technician was as always first rate! Thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Fair pricing. Easy to contact company and never get any attitude, unlike Official Heating and Cooling (took over Approved Comfort), who were also price gouging us in comparison, almost double for an Emergency/unscheduled call out! So glad we found 24 Hour!
