We called because a furnace was out at a rental and they were very nice and accommodating. They got a technician out within 2 hours. Love that I was sent the name and photo of the person coming for safety reasons. Very honest and let us know that it was only a breaker that got tripped and didn’t try to do more or up-sell us to make more money. Will definitely use again.

Dave was extremely thorough with his quote. The previous person who quoted me was an HVAC tech and didnt even go upstairs. Dave measured the windows. walll depth, sq feet and was more knowledgeable and articulate on components affecting my air flow than even the techs who had quoted me. I was a skeptical buyer because my house came with a heater from 50 years ago and just window AC's. He spent about 2 hours with me and had me go down from 100,000 BTU,s to 60 and so far it heats up stairs and down perfectly! The quote was slightly higher than some other places but it was worth piece of mind in the long run! For example the HVAC tech Ryan was thorough and even stayed later till I got done with work to show me what he had done and how to use everything. When Ryan was installing, there was an issue with my breaker box not being able to take the ac fuse so they had to call an electrician and I wasn't charged for it! They really mean it when they say they guarantee their work. Everything looked like fine art when he was done. You you guys are the best! As a realtor I will refer everyone your way.
