We are first time home buyers and replaced our AC. This was my first time going through this process. Andrew had come out and looked at our no longer working AC, furnace and electrical panel. He gave us quotes on a replacement system. He was full of knowledge. He explained which one of the systems would work best for our home and helped find energy efficient options. We paid out right for our system and got it a little cheaper. They also offer financing options for those who can't pay out right. The two gentlemen that came in to install were very friendly and respectful of our living environment. They also showed up on time. One of them took the time to show me how to work the thermostat. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and very informative. We made the right choice in who to choose for our first home improvement.

Dave came to our house in Lake Geneva two days in a row this last week, bringing Tom (one of the owners) the second day in order to assess our HVAC needs and options. Both are highly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over things to make sure we are all on the same page. They have been a pleasure to work with to date. We expect a quote shortly and hope to go forward with 24HR Home Comfort Services for this work.
