They spent a lot of time with me over multiple visits, carefully walking me through every step of the process and making sure I understood my options. The installation was completed quickly and with a very high level of professionalism. Ian did an awesome job! He answered my questions and was courteous, and friendly. We had to order a box of 6 filters because my furnace needed 2 filters and he had 1 on his truck.
