I want to start by saying I have never had such a great experience. The team was outstanding from start to finish. They spent a lot of time with me over multiple visits, carefully walking me through every step of the process and making sure I understood my options. The installation was completed quickly and with a very high level of professionalism. I truly appreciate the effort and attention they gave to my project before AND after and would highly recommend them. I did not take my decision on an HVAC company lightly as I replaced a large furnace and A/C unit at the same time so I went thoroughly through about 5 different companies. 24 Hour was without a doubt the best and will be my go to for all my future needs. Ian did an awesome job! He answered my questions and was courteous, and friendly. We had to order a box of 6 filters because my furnace needed 2 filters and he had 1 on his truck. He took the time to show me where to place the filters and howbto place them correctly. Thank you Ian for your great work and friendly manner!!
