Need a new furnace, Costs lots of money but my technician took the initiative to double check the readings. And strongly expressed safety concerns after confirming. I'd rather spend the money to have it fixed than the alternative. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need, and was very friendly during the whole interaction.
