I put in a 911 call to Home Comfort when my A/C died during this most recent heat wave, on a Saturday night, while I was out of town. They were the only ones able to schedule me the next day, and Mark the technician was easy to work with, communicated well (via phone), diagnosed the issue, and had my A/C up and running in less than two hours.

The sales rep. Was fantastic. Ok, well it's been about a year now and the air conditioner stopped working. The repair guys were very nice. But we had to spend over $400 dollars for a portable air conditioner. Because we have two small dogs, my wife has MS, and I can't breath when it's hot. And this weekend was the hottest so far. The first night we had a fan at the bottom of the steps trying to pull the cool air from the basement then another fan blowing it towards the living room and 2 more blowing in the living room. The temperature never got below 80 degrees. Then Saturday we found an A/C at farm and fleet in Ill. And it was the last one.it helped some but not alot. At least it was pulling some of the humidity out. But what bothered us the most was the aditude we got from the girls that answer the phones. But we have down to 79 degrees. I would think they would have the parts or at least have equipment to help the customer. So they wouldn't have to spend that much money. Not a very good experience. ???? I would not be able to give 5 star's after that.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dillon this weekend. He was the second technician to come to my home My air conditioner was having issues, the temps were off the charts. Dillon obviously fixed the issue but he was outstanding. I know he was out at the crack of dawn and into the night helping others. He had to have been exhausted from the heat but I would not know it because he was gracious, professional and truly wanted to solve the problem. There is not enough room here to share how much I appreciated and respected this man . Great example for others to follow. Thank you again Dillon!

The technician was very polite and a nice guy. He's obviously qualified but when he discovered that it's my fuse box and couldn't at least investigate that I was very disappointed so I paid $100 and I still had a bad air conditioning unit. I hired a less expensive person to come by and at least open up my Electrical box to discover that the fuse that was in there was broken. It took him five minutes. The unit is not working perfectly with a new fuse.
