I have been consistently getting error readings on my thermostat, honestly since I moved in a year ago. Spoke to the owner Ron who was really great. He came out along with his technician Tom and worked to fix the errors that were happening with my furnace. I appreciate that they listened and cared enough to come fix the problems.
Mike was a very knowledgeable person. He solved the issue within the hour and was very professional. He was also quick to diagnose the brand new thermostat wasn't working. I will definitely be calling again for any future work. Thanks again, Mike.

Received a msg on my iPhone from thermostat that there was a problem. A Saturday and sub zero temps. Tech was on site within a few hours and corrected problem.
Had my ducts cleaned . It was very noisy, but that is to be expected. Too soon to really tell a difference, but I know it needed to be done. The tech was professional and friendly. I asked him questions throughout. I'm sure it was a nuisance, but he stopped, listened to my questions and answered respectfully and patiently.
