Since my last review, we got a new air conditioner for our house on one of the hottest days of the summer a couple of years ago.They installed the unit outside the house a couple of days ago. They came to clean the unit as part of the yearly maintenance plan. I personally saw the technician cleaning the unit !!!! It was very dirty, and he did a great job. Thank you ???? ????????
