Can't recommend 24HR Home Comfort Services more! My furnace and A/C have been working great since I purchased them, the annual visits are always good and the people are always great to deal with. I've sent friends and family to them and will continue to do so!
I scheduled an appointment and they contacted me to see if I wanted to get in early. They came on time with a pretext letting me know. Service was completed quickly and my air is working great.
Marcus is a great guy! Personality is very pleasant. He explained everything and showed me the electronics that burnt out. Said this issue was a first for him. It was hot, rainy, and very humid when my air stopped working. 24 Hour is a wonderful company to work with. I have the platinum coverage plan with them, for an affordable monthly payment. Very satisfied customer since 2009, when new equipment was installed.
Our AC unit went out over July 4 weekend. 24HR was very responsive and helped us get the cold air back running the same day we reached out to them (on a Saturday). Very appreciative of Marcus and his help.
