He put plastic wraps over his shoes when he stepped in the house. That was a 5. Each problem (there were 4 with my April Aire) he listened and knew what to look at and what fixed it; all 5s. It was pretty much a lesson in how it worked , what setting to use when; one that will me save money, using the reset button, when to turn the dial down because there is too much moisture in the winter, about how often I would need a new filter. All things the installer should have walked me through. I am in my 70s and he was very nice and friendly. I will call again when I need service and I will want the same man. The lesson was well worth the money. Thank you, B. ???? SP ????
