Starting with the office people to the tech (Ion), I highly recommend them. Both people explained everything very thoroughly. Ion is friendly and efficient. So far, I'm very happy.
24hr Comfort has been taking care of my heating and AC since last fall. I've been very pleased with their work - including the new humidifier system for the furnace. The staff is friendly and answers all my questions at a level that I understand.
Called for a service call, and they had openings the next day. Service tech Ana showed up and was extremely friendly and happy to be working on our a/c. After finding out what was wrong, she was very good at explaining what the issue was. My wife and I decided to wait for the repair due to it being a little more wrong than what we originally thought it was. Very likely to recommend them to our friends and family.
