I've had this service for years and I love it. They maintain my furnace and my central air, twice a year. This time was to maintain the central air before summer. Fast and efficient. I would especially recommend them to single woman, like myself who don't know the first thing about what needs to be done to maintain these things. They call me to set up appointments and take care of it and are more than willing to explain if there are issues. I pay an annual fee and that's it. Their staff is courteous and any problems are resolved amicably.
