We received friendly and fast service. The reason for no longer giving 5 stars is administrative. 24-7 seems to have discontinued calling to set up appointments for regular checkup for those with service contracts. They no longer provide a written recap for the service.

Mark, the tech, arrived within the window of time allotted, and efficiently completed the annual maintenance of the boiler, water heater, 2 forced air furnaces, air guard filters and humidifiers. That's a lot of work to do in less than 3 hours. Well done. Thanks.
