Adam has been out before. He knows what he is doing. Adam talks and easily explains what is wrong and even saves the parts to show you. If he suspects a future problem, he'll let you know. The prices he quotes are right on your paperwork in case you decide to do whatever. This company even cleans heater vents and cold air returns. I've been using 24 Hour Comfort for a few years now and I am very happy with their services!! Thank you!

I would like to leave a review of my service today. The technician who came today to check out my air conditioner was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his work. He explained different things to me and also asked if I needed any help with setting my thermostat to a comfortable temperature. I was very pleased with his work, friendly attitude and professionalism. If I had to rate him, it would definitely be a "10"!
Fast and courteous. Service contract is actually one you need to consider, until they find a 1300.00 problem. I guess this is why you have them check it out.
