They came earlier than expected which was great because I needed air and it was about 80 degrees in the house. He took care of the situation fast and showed me what I needed and he gave me an estimate on the spot. It's great that they have everything I need as far as service and parts. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asked me.Today I had the Furnace checked and cleaned. Great technician, thorough, and gave me a great idea to keep my filter clean from the upcoming construction. Highly recommend this business!
Called them around 2pm (day before Thanksgiving)about my furnace occasionally not working. They said they could have a tech out to look at it that afternoon. Marcus arrived at 4:30 and determined that the controller was bad. Not that unexpected due to the furnace is over 20 years old. They are replacing furnace this coming Monday. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend 24HR home Comfort.
