The maintenance check on our furnace and Marcus, the technician, were both wonderful. We bought the furnace through 24 Hr 3.5 years ago and haven't had any issues. We'd highly recommend them.
I have had good experience with their security blanket program in past. Today was just an inspection but Dillon was professional and courteous
So far, the only thing that I can give a rating for is initial inquiries about having an April Aire humidifier installed on the furnace. When inquiring, Kaylee was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered any questions that I had. As of now, installation will be 12/26/2025.

The Technician was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He did what it took to get our furnace fixed fast.They were a little pricey but he not only fixed it but he also did a complete tune up on it also. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your quick response ????

Always great and exceptional service and have used 24 home comfort for many years and also used them before thier name change a few years back. same employees which is great cause thier the best. They will NEVER sell you anything you dont need , one of very few business that are honest and trust worthy
