Called them around 2pm (day before Thanksgiving)about my furnace occasionally not working. They said they could have a tech out to look at it that afternoon. Marcus arrived at 4:30 and determined that the controller was bad. Not that unexpected due to the furnace is over 20 years old. They are replacing furnace this coming Monday. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend 24HR home Comfort.
