We are first time home buyers and replaced our AC. This was my first time going through this process. Andrew had come out and looked at our no longer working AC, furnace and electrical panel. He gave us quotes on a replacement system. He was full of knowledge. He explained which one of the systems would work best for our home and helped find energy efficient options. We paid out right for our system and got it a little cheaper. They also offer financing options for those who can't pay out right. The two gentlemen that came in to install were very friendly and respectful of our living environment. They also showed up on time. One of them took the time to show me how to work the thermostat. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and very informative. We made the right choice in who to choose for our first home improvement.
