Today we had our annual maintenance visit for our furnace in advance of heating system as provided by the Security Blanket plan. The tech was knowledgeable and thorough, answered questions and also did a check and service relative to a problem with our humidifier. All is well now. We've been customers for a number of years now and have always received fast, thorough service. I recommend 24 Hr Home Comfort Systems.

Technician, Dylan, was particularly attentive during our annual maintenance, working with our digital thermostat which was not connecting. He was very polite and respectful, during the entire check up, explaining things as he went.

The servicemen came and spent a good deal of time checking everything quite thoroughly. Before leaving, they explained the results of their assessment and made recommendations for what needs attention in the near future.
