House seemed warmer then normal called 24 they came out ASAP. Fixed the issue and called me to let me know what they found and fixed. Definitely will use them for all future needs
The young man was on time, which is very nice. He did a job great. He changed the filter. He cleaned out the air-conditioning unit and everything. He did a great job. I think it was one of the best jobs we've had somebody doing it.
Just had annual A-C service - e-z/p-z - made appointment - rec'd reminder & call from tech when on-the-way - arrived on time - went right to work - explained what he did & found - gave a couple of good pointers & on his way - excellent experience..
This company's response to customers is absolutely fantastic. I purchased my A/C unit from them and got the service package. My A/C went out during one of the hottest and most humid days of summer. I have severe health issues and they talked my family through a reset and when that did not work, he came quickly even though he was booked for service calls. He had it running in under 30 minutes!

I highly recommend 24HR Comfort Services to anyone needing replacement or repair services. From start to finish they have been wonderful and easy to work with. They communicated, showed up when they said they would and replaced the AC unit, disposing of all materials. Very transparent about the process and pricing.
Ian showed up very quickly considering that this was after hours. He diagnosed, explained and fixed the issue quickly. Appreciate having a/c that night.
