Andrew from 24 Hour Home Comfort Services was excellent to work with. He scheduled around a time that worked for us to meet about getting a new AC for our home. Andrew did a thorough job, took measurements, and looked at our old system. He didn't give me us a high pressure sales pitch, was extremely knowledgeable about their products, and explained their warranty. We have had extremely good luck with 24 Hour Comfort Services on our rental home and feel confident with using their company to move forward and purchase our AC from them!

Friendly, efficient and honest service with the tech that came to our home. In my last review, I indicated that the tech was not familiar with the nest thermostat which was Malfunctioning. Ironically, my nest thermostat was malfunctioning again this time exiting the same issues. That doesn't say much for Nest, but the technician was able to modify the set up so I didn't have to recharge my thermostat all the time. He did a great job and shared a recipe for Apple cake. Can't wait to try the recipe :-)
