We had a tech come to our home when our air conditioner wasn't working right. He checked everything out and gave us his findings. We decided that due to the advanced age of our unit, it was time to have 24 Hour Comfort install a new one. They showed up on the day and time as promised with a team of three and got down to business. They completed the job in the quoted time even with a great deal of custom fabrication needed to make our old furnace compatible with the new air conditioner. It looks great inside and out. Was notified that the technician was on the way prior to arrival. Sean was personable and efficient in providing annual maintenance for our furnace.
The technician took the time to troubleshoot the issue thoroughly. After a little bit of time and patience, he was able to figure out the issue. He was polite and took the time to explain the issue so that I could understand it. We are grateful for his help.
Arrived at time given, very friendly and nice. They were very informative about what was wrong and letting me know that my heater was on its last season. I appreciate the honesty.
