Our original AC installation had a few "Hiccups" , however, the owner of 24 Hour Comfort Services was very attentive and stuck to their guarantee even offering his time to solve the issues left behind by the installers. A second issue arose recently and the Technician found the problem with the original installation and corrected it right away. Very pleased with how they handle our situations on getting things right. All these issues were under warranty and they stood by them.
Mark was on time and proficient.

Annual routine heating system and humidifier maintenance was done. The 24 Hour Home Comfort Services technician arrived on time. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, complete, and tidy. New filters were installed for the furnace as well as the humidifier. Everything was great. Thank you very much!
I bought a new furnance 3 years ago. I pay $202.00 maintenence every year that covers both the furnance and my older AC.
The technician arrived well within the time window and completed quickly. He also was kind enough to remind me not to forget me AC check up next Spring. This company is fabulous!
