I give five stars for my technician at 24 hour comfort! They are always reliable two times a year for my maintenance. I rely on them and it is reassuring to know that they have checked my systems for spring summer fall or winter! They're prompt on time courteous and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need done with your electrical furnace systems. They have also installed water heater for us as well. My only regret is I did not use them sooner when we first bought our house I think our first electrical system would have lasted longer. Which is why I will not skip a maintenance appointment during the year.
I MUST tell you the following: The two men you sent to install a much needed furnace were FANTASTIC!!! They were so PLEASANT to talk to, so KNOWLEDGEABLE with their information about the furnace and your available services. They were efficient in every way possible!!! Their names were Ryan and Phil. They explained every detail to me and I couldn't have been happier with them! God bless those 2 wonderful young men. I was so glad to have heat once again. Your sales rep.
