The company rep showed up right on time, evaluated my needs and laid out what the process would be should I decide to buy a mini split system. He was very informative and even kindly helped me remove a dead mouse from the cellar, which I found when showing him my electrical box. If I proceed, it will definitely be with 24 Hour Comfort Services!
