Called 24HR on a Sunday and immediately got a technician to come over to fix a boiler issue. Tom is our usual service guy and he fortunately did not have to come over after I discovered the stoppage was due to a thermostat. We chatted like we always do and it was great to know we have a reliable and responsive company with great people. Thank you !

Apparently we had a complicated case as to why our furnace was not working, but the tech was able to find the problem and it cost less than the original price quoted.
Also, even though it was cold outside and the day after Thanksgiving, they were still able to get to us within a few hours.
