Our furnace was going in and out and 24 Hour home comfort was able to come over the next morning to check out the issues with our furnace. We ended up needing to buy a new furnace and Marcus the rep from 24HR home comfort was awesome! He answered all the questions my husband and step dad. He was very knowledgeable. He also made sure to drop off 2 portable heaters from the company to help make sure we were able to stay warm for a few days until our new furnace was installed.
