Could not be more impressed with 24hr Comfort Services. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest people. Although it was no surprise that our 24 year old furnace was done, it made it so much easier dealing with Marcus.
There was no pressure or upsell. He thoroughly laid out our choices and answered all of our questions.
The install team they sent us were wonderful. Shane and Tyler went above and beyond for us.

100% highly recommend. They sent someone right away, while it wasn't an emergency it was an intermittent unpredictable issue and I wanted the issue witnessed. Super accommodating. I've been having several issues and the technician was super knowledgeable. He was very kind and walked me through everything, he also knew how to explain things to me in a way I understood. Overall great service!
Very professional, polite, and helpful with pointing out things to me regarding the tune up and also checked/replaced the thermostat batteries
