Had to call this year for ac inspection. Not sure why i wasnt contacted in August as in the past. Appreciate the convenience of 2 annual hvac inspections.
On time, as usual, excellent customer service/ Information as to late improvements in equipment, etc. Very thorough in checking systems , very neat and just all around excellent personnel. Could not recomment anyone else other than 24/7 Been customer for over 14 years.
Marcus is probably the best of the best as to service. He is pleasant, very knowledgeable, informative, patient and kind hearted.
This is at least the second time Marcus has been to our home and I have just finished requesting that he be made our requested tech whenever possible.
Also, good to talk with two of my favorite persons at the main office, Sara and Susan. Having dealt with both for many years it feels like old home day when I have the opportunity to talk with them.

They do a great service more people should take advantage of their blanket service. Goid to know that both tge furnace and air conditioner are functioning properly. Great company and service people. No regrets by working with 24HR Confort
