Danny, our technician, did a great job on trouble shooting a problem we had with our humidifier connected with our futnace. He was able to resolve the problem and everything is working fine again. I MUST tell you the following: The two men you sent to install a much needed furnace were FANTASTIC!!! They were so PLEASANT to talk to, so KNOWLEDGEABLE with their information about the furnace and your available services. They were efficient in every way possible!!! Their names were Ryan and Phil. They explained every detail to me and I couldn't have been happier with them! God bless those 2 wonderful young men. I was so glad to have heat once again. Your sales rep.
