I give five stars for my technician at 24 hour comfort! They are always reliable two times a year for my maintenance. I rely on them and it is reassuring to know that they have checked my systems for spring summer fall or winter! They're prompt on time courteous and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need done with your electrical furnace systems. They have also installed water heater for us as well. My only regret is I did not use them sooner when we first bought our house I think our first electrical system would have lasted longer. Which is why I will not skip a maintenance appointment during the year.

My furnace was not working on a Saturday morning. Within an hour and a half the technician was at my home. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My furnace was soon working again. I was given an education on my furnace and informed about an option to install a whole house humidifier. Glad I have the security blanket.
