Ana is a lovely person and a great technician! Great job!
The customer service technician was very informative and helpful.
After not getting a response from other companys these guys not only answered but came the same day and saved us from frying all weekend. Recommend them????
We received friendly and fast service. The reason for no longer giving 5 stars is administrative. 24-7 seems to have discontinued calling to set up appointments for regular checkup for those with service contracts. They no longer provide a written recap for the service.
