The maintenance check on our furnace and Marcus, the technician, were both wonderful. We bought the furnace through 24 Hr 3.5 years ago and haven't had any issues. We'd highly recommend them.
I have had good experience with their security blanket program in past. Today was just an inspection but Dillon was professional and courteous
So far, the only thing that I can give a rating for is initial inquiries about having an April Aire humidifier installed on the furnace. When inquiring, Kaylee was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered any questions that I had. As of now, installation will be 12/26/2025.
