The technician was very polite and very helpful. He offered to put some filters in my furnance if I had any on hand. I've always had good experiences with 24/7. I give them a 5 star rating.

Got here in good time. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and shared reason furnace not working properly. I replaced filter and ceased using tap water in wife's bedroom humidifier.
