The gentleman was very professional. Was very good at what was going to be done .
Mike was very thorough and efficient. Mike had to retrieve the blower fan in Kimberly which took some time of course. Mike made the comment that it was good this happened during the day, had this happened later in the day he would not have been able get the blower, and would have been w/o heat all night, which makes me question 24/7? Just happy that we're back in business.
